About the Role

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our caregiving team. In this role, you will work closely with our primary nurse team to provide exceptional care to our residents in our high-acuity assisted living apartments or 63 memory care apartments.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Resident Care Assistants regarding medication distribution and documentation
  • Ensure residents receive proper care and treatment, protecting their health and safety, and respecting their rights
  • Train and maintain staff competency, conduct physical and behavioral assessments, and create Individual Service Plans
  • Maintain compliance with DHS 83 & DHS 89, Eagle Crest South Program statements, and Bethany Lutheran Homes policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice in Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Experience in assisted living, long-term care, and/or community health (training provided for the right fit)
  • Demonstrated interest in gerontological nursing, including rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices, diabetic care, memory care, and end-of-life care
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (required for some nurse positions)

  • Competitive wages: $28.25-$ per hour for LPNs and $37.25-$ per hour for RNs (based on experience and qualifications)
