Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food products are prepared and handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of production employees to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet production demands.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
  • Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure that all food products are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients by ensuring that all food products are prepared and delivered to their specifications.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or Associate's degree plus four years of directly related experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of two to four years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, country club, or other food service operation.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of food and catering trends, inventory and purchasing control, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Inventory and Purchasing Knowledge: Experience with inventory and purchasing control systems.
  • Food Safety Certification: ServSafe certified.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership role, supervising and training a team of production employees.
