Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Behavioral Technician, you will engage in direct, individualized instruction utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in various environments, including clinics, homes, and educational settings.

Instructional ABA Consultants is seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Behavioral Technicians to support children with Autism through ABA methodologies in the surrounding areas.

Available Positions: Both full-time and part-time roles are open, with evening shifts (3-8pm) based on candidate availability and client requirements. One weekend day is also necessary.

COMPENSATION: A sign-on bonus of $150.00 will be awarded after 90 days of employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute goals and educational plans developed by the Behavior Analyst.
  • Collect and maintain data related to behavioral objectives.
  • Ensure timely electronic documentation of data and clinical records.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions provided by Instructional ABA Consultants.
  • Maintain proactive communication with the Behavior Analyst and Program Manager.
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA regulations.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in psychology, human development, or behavior analysis is preferred.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to work ethics and ability to adhere to scheduling commitments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree are encouraged to apply.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

WORK STATUS

  • This position can be either full-time or part-time.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel is required between client locations and for necessary meetings.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required.

SUPERVISION

  • Reports directly to the Behavior Analyst and Program Manager.

Job Types: Part-time Position

PAY: Starting at $20.00 per hour
