Job Overview

Salary: $15-$17/hr

Objective: Assist Cordialsa USA in optimizing its E-commerce operations through effective inventory management, product listing, and packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming materials at the warehouse.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of products stored in the facility.
  • Input products into the warehouse system and ensure proper placement based on size and weight specifications.
  • Verify product lists provided by the Trade Marketing department.
  • Utilize the Amazon system for generating labels for product identification and distribution.
  • Ensure proper control and packaging of items for collection by logistics services for delivery to Amazon distribution centers.
  • Maintain and care for the tools and equipment available in the warehouse.
  • Support effective product rotation and inventory control.
  • Keep the warehouse organized and ensure proper storage practices.
  • Prepare shipments and coordinate logistics in a timely manner according to requests.
  • Inform management about low supply levels or any inventory-related updates.

Decision-Making Authority:

  • Product placement within the warehouse.
  • Inventory management responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in inventory control.
  • Basic computer and printer operation skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel and email communication (basic level).

  • Supplier drivers
  • Logistics service representatives

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar roles (preferred)

Adaptation Period: 1 month

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Regularly lift heavy boxes (20 to 50 lbs).
