Sunflower Diversified Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Education Specialist. This role involves conducting intervention sessions with children aged 0-5 with autism diagnoses across our service area of Barton, Rice, Stafford, Pawnee, and Rush counties.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, pass background checks, and have access to reliable transportation. Additionally, they should be flexible in scheduling sessions around families' needs and willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification as part of their training.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with children with Autism or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), as well as coursework in Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, and/or Psychology. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential.
This is a full-time position that may provide opportunities for growth and advancement in early education and autism. Training will be provided for individuals to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
