Competitive Salary Range: $50,000-$67,500

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Create and follow personalized education plans for our students with special needs.
  • Monitor Student Progress: Track and assess student progress, adjusting your approach as needed to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with Support Staff: Work with paraprofessionals, parents, and other educators to build a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
  • Advocate for Students: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, advocating for our students with disabilities.
  • Foster a Positive Classroom: Create a supportive and engaging classroom where every student feels valued and can succeed.

Qualifications:
  • Education Enthusiast: Bachelor's degree in special education or education.
  • Certified Educator: Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
  • IEP Expertise: Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
