Job Summary

General Healthcare Resources, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a long-term acute care hospital in Canton, Ohio. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and intensive respiratory therapy to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care and intensive respiratory therapy to patients in a long-term acute care hospital
  • Transport patients into and out of the facility as medically prescribed
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Meet the requirements of the Respiratory Therapy license issued by the state of Ohio
  • Hold current certifications in BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • 2 years' bedside clinical experience (highly preferred)
  • Respiratory Therapy license issued by the state of Ohio
  • NBRC certification (RRT or CRT accepted)
