  • Data Integration and Processing
    • Ensure seamless integration of data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and streaming platforms.
    • Optimize data processing and query performance by fine-tuning data pipelines, database configurations, and data partitioning strategies.
  • Data Quality and Security
    • Establish data quality checks and validations to identify and resolve data issues, ensuring high-quality and reliable data for downstream applications and analytics.
    • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data throughout the data lifecycle, working closely with security teams to ensure data encryption, access controls, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaboration and Innovation
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
    • Design and develop data infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.
    • Explore new frameworks, platforms, or cloud services that can enhance data processing capabilities.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting

Requirements
  • Proficiency in GCP Services (GCS/GKE/BQ/Spanner/Composer/Cloud Logging/Compute).
  • Hands-on experience in OpsGenie, Grafana, Prometheus, Open telemetry.
  • Experience in CICD process.
  • Strong knowledge in different Scheduling tools and Alerting Mechanism.
  • Experience in Python/scripting.
  • Good to have knowledge in operations support.
