Retail Operations Leader

who will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of our heavy-duty truck parts retail outlet with the primary goal of enhancing sales, gross margin, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Directing the Inside/Counter Sales team and the Account Manager/Outside Sales team while fostering and maintaining essential customer relationships.
  • Establishing and communicating financial and operational performance objectives for the retail location.
  • Coaching and managing staff by collaborating with Human Resources to support organizational structure, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Working with Talent Acquisition to formulate recruitment strategies for both external and internal hiring needs.
  • Advising the Regional Manager on matters related to store operations.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to create short-term and long-term sales forecasts for the Account Manager/Outside Sales team.
  • Ensuring timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly financial obligations, including month-end close requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance, safety, and vehicle policies.
  • Implementing regional and corporate initiatives, including new systems and policies.
  • Staying updated on all product lines.
  • Managing financial aspects, including inventory control and fund management.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience, including full P&L responsibilities and inventory oversight.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operations and/or Sales.
  • Knowledge and experience in the heavy-duty industry, specifically with truck and trailer parts or heavy-duty service repair.
  • The ability to operate power industrial equipment, such as forklifts.
