- Maintain current certification in CPR.
- Demonstrate leadership ability, a desire for professional growth, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Ability to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must consent to and pass a criminal background check.
