Job Title: Charge Registered Nurse

As a Charge Registered Nurse at Innovative Renal Care, you will play a vital role in leading our hemodialysis team and providing day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the hemodialysis team
  • Supervise and direct patient care staff
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Dialysis experience preferred
