Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee intricate future Support Infrastructure initiatives (software deployments)
    • Including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and upgrade projects utilizing project management software
  • For each initiative, define the scope and assemble the most suitable Project Team.
    • Prepare comprehensive cost assessments by segmenting the scope into manageable tasks and estimating each task individually (bottom-up approach)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing business operations projects, ideally within the engineering sector or a related field. This includes successfully leading projects from inception to completion, consistently achieving project goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Diverse Project Management Experience: Familiarity with overseeing a varied portfolio of projects, such as IT system implementations, project management system rollouts, tool/process installations, and infrastructure projects.
  • Scope, Schedule, and Budget Management: Proficient in defining and documenting specific objectives, deliverables, tasks, and constraints, as well as creating detailed schedules for project activities, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience in setting objectives, determining necessary actions to achieve those objectives, and developing a systematic approach to effectively allocate resources within a specified timeframe.
  • Delegation Skills: Proven ability to assign tasks and responsibilities while maintaining accountability for outcomes. This includes identifying suitable individuals for specific tasks and providing clear instructions and expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, clients, and vendors. Skilled in gathering requirements and ensuring alignment between project deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Competence in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential disruptions to timelines and deliverables.
  • Financial Oversight: Ability to develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and make informed decisions to keep projects within financial limits.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or Project Management

Compensation Range for Project Manager Role: $120,000 - $150,000
