Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC). As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with the Maryland Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- Deliver physical therapy services through a variety of techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Current Maryland license as a Physical Therapist.
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) Certification.
- 2 years of related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
