Job Summary:

StretchLab - Marlton is seeking an experienced Fitness Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships, implementing sales processes, and supervising sales representatives and flexologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including grassroots marketing and networking.
  • Sales Process Implementation: Design and implement a sales process to schedule prospects into intro classes.
  • Membership Sales: Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and stocked retail products.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise sales representatives and flexologists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Revenue Management: Utilize ClubReady to track revenue reports, attendance reports, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training sales representatives in sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the studio owner.
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail.
  • Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients, and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software.
