Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our management trainee program at Rojas Solutions. As a management trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of operations and develop your skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10-15 individuals, providing coaching and motivation to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Master the business on the front line, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through knowledge of products, sales promotions, and customer needs.
  • Recommend corrective action when necessary, holding yourself and team accountable for sales production and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with company systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of leadership and management experience.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability to train, develop, mentor, and motivate others.
  • Effective time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active listening skills and adaptability to work with diverse individuals.
  • High levels of integrity, strong work ethic, responsibility, and a positive outlook.
