**Responsibilities**

* Assist in the coordination of daily operations in the Quality Assurance Department
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality care

**Requirements**

* Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a LPN/RN in this state
* Sufficient previous experience in clinical healthcare, including direct experience in quality assurance
