We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at St. Mary's Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice in the outpatient setting, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, directors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other personnel to ensure efficient patient flow and unit maintenance.
- Participate in Performance Improvement activities, unit meetings, and in-services to maintain and improve patient care standards.
- Current and valid state RN license.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- ACLS 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- PALS 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Moderate Sedation competency completed within 30 days upon hire.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
