Customer Operations Specialist

At EVgo, we are seeking an experienced Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of EVgo's products and services
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Charging network or automotive industry experience a plus
