Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Perioperative Care team at Northshore Hospital. As a PACU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and efficient clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and manage day-to-day clinical operations in the PACU department
  • Assume leadership roles and guide a team of caregivers in providing individualized care to patients and families
  • Develop and implement clinical performance management strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality patient care and safety
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
