Nurse Specialist, Catheterization Laboratory

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Catheterization Laboratory. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the safety and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their condition periodically
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Perform quality rounds on medications and supplies and other equipment as applicable
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
- BLS/CPR and ACLS certification required
- Previous critical care experience highly preferred
