Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Lead to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and maintained to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the receiving and stocking of merchandise from distribution centers and vendors
  • Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment
  • Assist with the supervision of associates in assigned areas of responsibility
  • Provide guidance and support to associates on member service approaches and techniques
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor food and merchandise quality to ensure that products meet company standards
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Lead and participate in teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
