· Uphold quality construction standards and apply appropriate techniques.
· Address challenges arising from adverse weather or emergencies that may cause project delays.
· Assist the Senior Project Manager by providing updates on project timelines and reporting any issues or concerns.
· Foster relationships with store managers, coordinating visits and following up post-repair.
· Ensure the worksite is organized for safe and efficient operations.
· Support other functions within the Construction department as required.
Qualifications· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams while managing multiple projects.
· Proficient in using both electrical and manual tools, as well as measurement devices (e.g., powered saws, hammers, rulers).
· Strong knowledge of carpentry methods and installation techniques.
· Reliable with a solid work ethic.
· Basic mathematical skills for material measurement and calculations.
· Possession of personal hand tools; power and specialty tools will be provided.
· Competent in administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
· Capable of managing emergency situations effectively.
· Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
· Strong observational skills and effective time management.
· Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks to meet deadlines.
· Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to traffic regulations.
· Keep the company vehicle organized and clean.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience in carpentry and general repair.
Physical Requirements· Willingness to work overnight shifts as needed; occasional weekend work for emergency repairs.
· Ability to operate a company vehicle and travel as required.
· Capacity to lift and carry heavy tools and materials, up to 25 lbs.
· Ability to perform physical tasks including pulling, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, reaching, and climbing.
· Maintain dexterity for using power and manual tools.
· Capability to stand or bend for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
· Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
· Adherence to all safety protocols.
· Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Work Environment
· The role involves working in office settings, restaurant environments, and outdoor conditions:
