Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Midwestern Auto Group (MAG). As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient repair orders, and promoting our European and exotic vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers promptly, obtain necessary information, and clearly report vehicle symptoms.
  • Service Needs Assessment: Meet with customers to determine their service needs, recommend necessary maintenance, and prepare accurate estimates.
  • Repair Order Management: Monitor repair order progress, update customers frequently, and verify final invoices.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee technicians, manage time and efficiency, and participate in quality control.
  • Business Development: Increase customer satisfaction, maximize sales, and execute retail promotions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience as a service advisor or service writer preferred.
