Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Midwestern Auto Group (MAG). As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to determine their service needs and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
  • Verify that final invoices match work performed on the repair order
  • Build customer relationships and increase satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up skills
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms to customers
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
