About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Supervisor/CDM to join our team at Los Altos Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our food services department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service and dietary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and supervise food service staff, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents, while also controlling food costs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Development and Training: Hire, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent service.

Requirements
