Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Operator to join our team at our Vancouver, WA facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cooking and depositing equipment used in the manufacturing of vitamin products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company policies, safety policies, and quality standards to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Operate cooking and depositing equipment to regulate dosing of raw ingredients and cooking process.
  • Conduct quality inspections and record results as required by our quality systems.
  • Perform equipment adjustments to regulate temperature, dosing, pH, and board weight.
  • Participate in equipment troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
  • Perform cleaning and light preventive maintenance activities as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to operate hand jack and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to work scheduled shift and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
