Overview

Oklahoma Heart Hospital (OHH) is a leading institution in cardiac care, dedicated to providing exceptional patient experiences. As a member of our team, you will be empowered to work collaboratively with physicians and caregivers, shaping the future of heart care in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of a physician.
  • Take medical history, assess medical conditions, and interpret findings.
  • Prepare and maintain records, and dictate reports.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, and medical staff.
Clinical Evaluation and Documentation

Prepare new patients in clinic, manage own clinic for patient follow-up appointments, and evaluate new consults at clinical sites.

Hospital Rounding and Patient Evaluation

Evaluate new consults at clinical sites, complete H&P and discharge summaries, and respond to physician pager calls as directed.

Qualifications
  • National certification from a national certifying body acceptable by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing in Adult Gerontology Acute Care (AG-AC NP) or Acute Care.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
Experience

Cardiology experience is preferred, but not required. As a member of our team, you will be empowered to work collaboratively with physicians and caregivers, shaping the future of heart care in Oklahoma.
