We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Department Leader to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and integration of electrical subsystems for our effector RF products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and integration of electrical subsystems
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to ensure high-quality products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
  • Manage department overhead expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and coaching to engineers to ensure effective communication and program execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 6 years of leadership experience
  • Experience with RF product and subassembly analysis, design, integration, and production support
  • Experience with EVMS, development of budgets, task planning, milestone development, and budget management
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or related field
  • Expert knowledge and experience leading a multi-disciplined department
  • Systems engineering thought process with analytical skills background
  • Antenna Systems - Antenna System Analysis, Array Analysis, Electromagnetic Analysis, Signal Level Analysis, Assembly, Integration and Test
  • RF/Microwave Design - Simulation and Layout, Passive Circuits, Amplifiers, Component Test, Material Characterization
  • Antenna Design – Radiating Elements, Radomes / Frequency Selective Surfaces, Simulation and Layout, and Antenna Test

We offer a competitive salary range of $143,000 - $287,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
