Job Summary:

Liberty Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, as needed.
  • Support residents with oral hygiene, including denture care, throughout the day.
  • Accurately document patient care records, including intake and output, at the end of each shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the charge nurse or management.
  • Collaborate with the charge nurse to ensure residents receive necessary care and treatments.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current certification as a nursing assistant, listed in the state registry.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care to geriatric patients and demonstrate a genuine concern for their well-being.
  • Willingness to receive and follow instructions from healthcare professionals.
  • Availability to attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.
