Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in maintenance or supervisory roles, preferably in a production environment.
  • Two to three years of experience in supervisory or lead roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to temperatures, noise, and other physical demands.
