This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of all Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) inpatient and outpatient services within our esteemed healthcare system.

The selected candidate will cultivate a supportive environment for PM&R faculty engaged in research initiatives and will spearhead efforts to enhance scholarly activities within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:
The position includes a competitive salary, potential recruitment incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, which features:

Administrative Duties:

Work Schedule:
This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens, possess a medical degree from an accredited institution, and hold a valid medical license. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience and board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The role may involve light lifting and carrying, as well as periods of standing and walking.
