Medical Reception Specialist
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in the lives of others? We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Reception Specialist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-donation medical screenings to ensure donor safety and compliance with regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Assess donor suitability and engage in set-up procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient donation process
Maintain accurate and complete donor screening information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to obtain required state licensures or certifications, where applicable
