Job Summary

Tesla is seeking a Production Line Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience working with automation and control systems. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and open communication. You will work closely with our process and equipment engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations
  • Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes
  • Collaborate with process and equipment engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
  • Utilize manufacturing systems (MES, Spares Inventory, Issue Tracking) for effective operations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems

Compensation and Benefits
