Job Summary:
Quadrant is seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ambulatory surgery center. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the surgical team before, during, and after surgery, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the surgical team in preparing and maintaining supplies, instruments, and equipment related to surgical intervention
• Scrub for surgical procedures and demonstrate competence as a member of the surgical team
• Perform patient care duties delegated by the registered nurse related to patient personal needs, comfort, and safety
• Assist in the central processing of cleaning and sterilizing instruments, as well as assembling supplies and equipment according to prescribed procedure

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a Surgical Technician - Ambulatory
• 1+ years of current ambulatory surgery center experience
• Active BLS certification
• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Ophthalmology/Eye experience highly preferred
