Key Responsibilities:
- Engage fully in training sessions to enhance your expertise and meet licensing requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols in compliance with state regulations and OSHA standards, utilizing necessary safety gear during operations.
- Operate equipment such as backpack blowers (up to 60 pounds) in varying weather conditions and terrains.
- Address basic customer inquiries and escalate issues to management for prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Keep company vehicles clean and operate them safely and legally.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling.
- Availability for extended hours and weekends during peak seasons.
- Successful completion of background and MVR checks.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
