Role SummaryWe are seeking a Chief of Medical Unit who will be responsible for overseeing the diagnosis and ongoing management of patients at our facilities. This role reports directly to the Medical Director and is integral to our operational framework.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the deployment of medical personnel, ensuring effective medication dispensing and primary care delivery.
- Conduct regular evaluations of clinical staff capabilities, ensuring proficiency in essential medical procedures.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, utilizing clinical histories and laboratory data to guide treatment.
- Promote health and wellness through preventive care initiatives, including vaccinations and dietary counseling.
- Provide emergency medical assistance to patients and staff as needed.
