Family Medicine LPN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Family Medicine team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed provider. This includes administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Assist physicians and registered nurses in the comfort, care, and treatment of patients.
- Observe and record patients' conditions and progress.
- Conduct daily inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
- Obtain and document patient vital signs, including temperature, respirations, pulse, and blood pressure.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- Current BLS certification required.
The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
