Job Title: Sales Specialist - Critical Care

Mindray North America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the Critical Care division. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Critical Care segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to increase sales revenue and market share in the Critical Care segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and purchasing managers.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on Critical Care.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
