Adult Support Services Manager

The Adult Case Manager (ACM) is dedicated to addressing the unique requirements of adults facing behavioral health challenges and those with reduced capacity for independent living within their residences and communities. The ACM plays a crucial role in formulating a client-focused individual service plan, ensuring that all services receive approval through the Administrative Service Organization (ASO) Managed Care System. It is essential for the ACM to keep up-to-date benefit and financial information for clients with cognitive impairments to guarantee the continuity of applicable benefits.

This role necessitates adherence to a standard office schedule, operating five days a week from Monday to Friday, within the hours of 6am to 5pm. The position also requires travel within the assigned region.

Required Qualifications:

Essential Criteria:

Valid vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a current Maine driver’s license are mandatory Candidates must be at least 18 years old A high school diploma or equivalent is required MHRT/C or MHRT/CP certification is necessary Proficiency in computer skills at an intermediate level
