As a leading consultant in the automotive sector, you will leverage your extensive expertise to deliver operational excellence to OEMs and Tier 1 Suppliers. Your role will involve applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to facilitate rapid improvements on production and warehouse floors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering resources, technical guidance, and coaching on Quality System Implementation and Process Standardization.
  • Developing and executing Standard Operating Procedures that align with established Quality Standards.
  • Educating team members and key stakeholders on internal Quality Procedures.
  • Offering technical assistance in quality processes, including PPAP and APQP documentation.
  • Conducting audits, both internal and external, focusing on IATF or ISO compliance and supplier adherence.
  • Driving process enhancements through root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive Quality Manuals that outline standards and procedures for the production environment.
  • Leading Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) projects aimed at optimizing operational processes.
  • Collaborating with internal Quality Departments to assess and refine current quality practices throughout the production cycle, ensuring improvements in efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Quality Systems Maintenance or Management within an Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or Aerospace Manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in establishing and implementing Quality Standards and Processes across manufacturing operations.
  • IATF or ISO Certification is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation tools (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with sound judgment.
  • Experience in leading small teams successfully in delivering Quality projects or programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP and SAP systems is required.
  • Prior consulting experience is preferred.
