Position Overview:
We are currently looking for an HVAC Sales Specialist who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional results and creating a positive impact on our clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and nurturing relationships to attract new business opportunities.
  • Managing renewals of service agreements while expanding the existing customer portfolio.
  • Collaborating with current clients to provide quotes and recommendations for equipment repairs and replacements.
  • Estimating costs accurately and preparing detailed proposals for clients.
  • Reviewing plans, specifications, and other documentation to assess the scope of work and necessary materials.
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Reviewing contracts and negotiating terms with clients and vendors.
  • Preparing thorough proposals that detail scope, schedule, and cost breakdowns.
  • Participating in pre-bid meetings and conducting site visits as needed.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
