Key Responsibilities:- Assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, including compounding and labeling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication inventory and patient information.
- Comply with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the secure storage and handling of medications and supplies.
- Perform quality control and performance improvement functions as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active Registered Pharmacy Technician license in the state of practice.
- National certification (CPhT) required.
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
