We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at NPI. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in electrical engineering, including design, development, and implementation of electrical systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical projects meet the highest quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in electrical engineering and project management principles.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams, and provide technical expertise in electrical engineering.
  • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and company policies.
