AV Support Technician Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology customer support, emphasizing technical infrastructure and exponential technologies

  • Direct experience with diverse technologies, such as networking, Windows, Apple iOS, Crestron systems, collaboration tools, AR/VR systems, and other in-room technologies

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent education or professional experience
  • Background in audio/visual and technical innovation methodologies
  • Experience in the development of operational procedures and performance measures
