Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for administering high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining efficient departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administer sound patient care practices, adhering to department and hospital policies/procedures, to ensure patient safety.
- Complete ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations.
- Demonstrate radiation protection/safety for patients, staff, and self, as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.
- Provide clinical services according to radiology practice standards and act as a resource to radiography students and other technologists.
- Must be certified by ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Basic Life Support certification required upon start.
- Radiologic Technologist - Computed Tomography certification must be obtained within one year of acceptance.
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist within 12 months, with state licensure required for non-hospital licensed centers.
