About the Role

As a skilled Infusion RN at Pacific Medical Centers, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are committed to delivering compassionate, personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in infusion therapy, including knowledge of oncology, chemotherapy administration, and pain management. Your expertise in venous access devices and port-a-caths is essential for this role. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, applying the nursing process to direct patient care and coordinate interventions based on assessment findings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor patients for side effects and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Washington State Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification (upon hire).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology.
  • Chemotherapy administration experience.
