Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Educate customers on banking products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
• Work collaboratively with branch staff and other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in banking or customer service a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and other financial transactions.
