Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Audit Supervisor to take charge of the audit process for our clients. The responsibilities include:
1. Managing and overseeing the entire audit process for a diverse client base.
2. Defining audit scope, formulating plans, and leading a team of auditors.
3. Collecting, analyzing, and assessing accounting documentation, reports, data, and flowcharts.
4. Supervising a variety of accounting and auditing tasks.
5. Keeping clients updated on project statuses.
6. Exhibiting proficiency in technical skills, work quality, and adherence to professional and firm standards.
7. Guiding and instructing team members on their tasks.
8. Engaging in ongoing professional development regarding industry regulations, best practices, tools, and performance standards.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's degree is preferred.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
3. A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
4. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities.
6. Comprehensive understanding of auditing techniques and regulations across various sectors.
7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
8. Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities.
