Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our security operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the daily operations of security personnel at multiple client locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving any operational issues.
- Negotiate contracts with new clients, develop proposals, and present service offerings tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to secure new contracts and expand the client base.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage security personnel to ensure top-tier performance and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and site visits to ensure the quality of services, adherence to safety protocols, and overall client satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, deployment, and coordination of security personnel to meet client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding security operations.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, making adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead emergency response planning and ensure staff is adequately trained for various security scenarios.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the security industry or related fields such as law enforcement or military.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiations, client relationship management, and service delivery.
- Military background or law enforcement experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and personnel management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with security management software (preferred).
