Job Overview:
The Senior Strategy Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the Strategy team by assisting in the selection of media channels and programs in alignment with the established strategic media framework.

This position entails ensuring the precision of the media plan Flowchart, Creative Asset Tracker, and Traffic Workbooks. You will report directly to either the Supervisor of Strategy or the Associate Director of Strategy.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position, requiring three days of in-office work each week.

Your Contributions:
In this role, you will:

  • Support the strategy team and gain insights into managing the media planning process from inception to completion.
  • Utilize your financial management skills effectively.
  • Be assigned to one or multiple client accounts, learning to navigate transitions between them.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of the significance of media channels within a strategic plan.
  • Aim to achieve expertise in various media research tools and software.
  • Bring a basic understanding of the competitive marketplace and the ability to extract relevant data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Gather audience and competitive insights.
  • Compile updates and present internal status reports to the team.
  • Ensure media Flowcharts are updated to reflect financial documents accurately.
  • Create and maintain Creative Asset Trackers while developing precise Traffic Workbooks.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.
